Elite Action Volleyball was created to show your athlete that with hard work and dedication; volleyball can go beyond middle and high school. Your athlete’s journey through volleyball is more than just winning games and learning skills, but about developing a strong work ethic, learning teamwork, and building resilience. It also teaches valuable life lessons such as discipline, perseverance, problem solving and communication.
With this program, we hope to embed in your athlete a deep love and passion for volleyball. We hope to grow their skill and IQ of the sport so that they see a collegiate future in volleyball. Many of our Adventist colleges have volleyball teams and would benefit greatly from talented players who have put in the work overtime.
We plan to fill the cup of your athlete and give them our all so that they can elevate not only as athletes but as humans. We hope that with our coaching your athlete will leave feeling ELITE: Excellent, Limitless, Impactful, Tenacious and Empowered!

About Us


Meet the Coaches




Dr. Sarah Allsop-Scott is a multi-sport collegiate athlete and former collegiate assistant coach for both volleyball and acrobatics. She is a former Athletic Director and physical educator. She is currently a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and volleyball coach. Dr. Allsop-Scott, or as the kids affectionately call her, Coach A. enjoys listening to music, dancing and eating. She has a deep passion for athletics and will create a safe space that motivates athletes to perform at the highest level.
Nataeya Dickerson is a former collegiate volleyball player and former assistant coach for a travel club team in Huntsville, AL. She is currently a student at UMBC pursuing her master's in industrial and organizational psychology. Nataeya, or as kids affectionately call her, Coach Taeya, enjoys puzzles, watching movies and spending time with friends and family. She has a desire to make all kids feel that they have a space to feel safe and grow.

A structured training experience designed to develop and/improve the fundamental skills of volleyball in a large group setting.
